And that’s where you come in.
Your main mission will be to structure the People Operations function within Paradox, whether that’s systematizing our everyday processes, working closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure our new joiners are well looked after, or providing excellent support to our team.
You’re here to optimize the experience we all have as a member of the Paradox team !
1. Selecting, implementing and maintaining HR systems and dashboards
Implement HRIS and other best-in-class HR Tools: you will maximize the HRIS possibilities to automate as many tasks as possible (reminders on periodic tasks, admin templates, automatic documents, etc.)
Setup our HR data & documentation (KPIs, dashboards, legal requirements…) to prioritize upcoming challenges
Maintain org charts that reflect Paradox today and in a year’s time, taking into consideration team dynamics and requirements
2. Lead the whole Personnel Administration activity (contracts, internship agreements, amendments, attestations, visa process, etc.)
Draft and manage employees or contractors contracts ( ensuring 0 mistakes )
Maintain all HR employee records/paperwork, from contract creation to signing, and then ensuring the HR employee files always contain all appropriate information. ( periodically launch “admin” campaign to collectively update personal / professional infos)
Manage (End to end) all HR administration (amendments, vacations, sick leaves, healthcare plans etc. for every operating countries)
Onboarding is a crucial moment at Paradox, and we believe people deserve great onboarding.
3. Create an amazing onboarding experience
Streamline the process
Ensure contracts are signed on time;
Preparing managers to welcome their new joiners on their first day
And implement new things that make the onboarding outstanding
4. Optimise Processes, automate, systemize
Manage and setup all processes from onboarding to offboarding
Set up processes and ways of working to ensure an excellent experience over the entire employee life cycle.
Drive and manage the set-up of local processes and policies regarding topics like relocation, work visas, onboarding, learning & development, as well as other local requirements
5. Create an awesome Employee Experience and a strong culture aligned with “great place to work” vision
Facilite remote work
Organize internal events: Team Building, Christmas Party, sports…
Create a Culture Book
Innovate by implementing new HR development initiatives (e-learning tools and policies, coaching sessions, workshops…)
6. Create a culture of continuous growth
Developing plans for specific requirements ie upskilling team members
Support the implementation of key People Ops programs such as career paths, performance reviews, people analytics, compensation and benefits, 360° feedback evaluation and the benchmark and choice of the right tools
DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF ?
Must have :
Strong People or HR Ops experience (at least 3 years experience, ideally within a start up environment)
Extremely rigorous and attentive to detail since you will manage confidential matters independently.
Organized – you can keep many plates spinning, prioritize when needed, you execute well, are results-oriented and always in the details
System oriented – In this job you will deliver HR admin + build solid systems as Paradox scales, so we need concrete examples showing that you’ve succeeding in both already
Digitally Savvy – can setup tools ie ATS, HR Tools, Design Airtable, Notion
Drive & Problem Solver : You’re ambitious, You work hard because you love it, you own things and get them done
Analytical Mind : you challenge your assumptions, able to quickly identify and formulate problems, and support your analysis with data
Growth over Ego : You are eager to learn, and receive hard feedback to grow. You let others speak and seek to understand their viewpoints.
Team Player : you love to work as a team, share and win together. ( Victory and Failure are “We” words )

Your Hard Skills
Good knowledge of labor laws (French, UAE and international)
French : native
English: Fluent English, you can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues.
